Cardboard Castles Meant for only one season, and completely recyclable these structures are made from Cardboard tape and paint. Each one is decorated in it's own style, and art. Making each one a singular piece of functional art that can be used as a shelter from the elements by homeless people.s. This year is punctuated by a huge rise in the number of people who have lost their homes and are braving this very cold winter out in the open. J. Donald Oakes and the "Stumps on Fire Foundation" is dedicated to helping these people in whatever small way possible.. Won't you join us, and help us to provide a warm dry bed for as many as possible.

This winter promises to be one of the coldest on record. Already, the southeast has suffered with temperatures in the teens before the Thanksgiving Holiday. No matter how bad your circumstance, if you have a warm dry bed to sleep in, you should be very thankful. There are many who have to brave the cold with no such comforts. Cardboard Castles hopes to make these winter months a little more tolerable for those less fortunate by delivering these throw away structures into the metropolitan areas packed with blankets, pillows, non-perishable foods, and other items that will help the homeless survive this tough winter. If it will make one cold winter night more bareable for just one unfortunate person, won't it be worth it? Our new president has called for us to step up, and do our part to help each other. Please dig deep and help us to help the less fortunate among us. Please Donate Today!!!
